FAQ
Can I just put a download link on my website?
For professional users / other traders, SDS must be actively delivered (email attachment or paper). A plain website hint is not sufficient.
Do I have to re-send updated SDS?
In B2B contexts, updated versions must be provided to relevant customers (ChemV). This requires recipient tracking and clean versioning.
Which language is required in Switzerland?
SDS must be in a locally used official language (DE/FR/IT), depending on the region where products are supplied.
